VACATIONS IN THE RESIDENCE: Saturday/Saturday in all periods, from 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
ACCOMMODATIONS: one-room apartments (20 sq. m.), composed of a bedroom with double bed, kitchenette and bathroom; two- and three-room apartments (50 and 60 sq. m.), on ground floor and first floor, all with separate entrance. Two-room apartment (50 sq. m.), composed of a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed or bunk beds, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, indoor table and chairs. Terrace with garden furniture. Three-room apartment (50 sq. m.), like the two-room (50 sq. m.) apartment, but with an additional bedroom with bunk beds. Three-room apartment (60 sq. m.), like the three-room (50 sq. m.) apartment, but with a larger bedroom with bunk beds. Four-room apartment (60 sq. m.), like the three-room (60 sq. m.) apartment, but with a full-sized walk-in kitchen. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens, hot water in the bathroom and kitchen. One-room apartment sleeps 2 persons; the two and three-room 50 sq. m. apartments sleep up to 4-5 persons. The three- and four-room 60 sq. m. apartments sleep up to 6-7 persons.
NOT INCLUDED: bath towels, sheets (restaurant pizzeria, newspapers, tobacconist, supermarket, fish market 100 meters away from the resort).
SERVICES INCLUDED: entertainment from July 1 to August 31, beach volley, bocce court, children’s games, videogames, five-man soccer, table soccer, ping-pong, discotheque, bar, laundry, swimming pool for adults, children’s wading pool, hot tub from July 1 to August 31, (beach service in preparation. Once it is ready, it will include 1 sun umbrella, 2 deck chairs, surcharge to be calculated at arrival, residence formula).

RESIDENCE RATES INCLUDE: water, electricity, garbage disposal, entertainment, swimming pool, parking spot, gas. Final cleaning not included: price for two- and three-room apartments (50 sq. m.): € 45,00; for three- and four-room apartments (60sq.m.): € 50,00; for studio apartment: € 30,00.
RESORT RATES INCLUDE: water, VAT, garbage disposal, entertainment. Pool admission ticket: € 3,50 per day for adults, children up to 4 years old, for free.
VISITORS: after an hour’s stay in the resort, visitors will pay a daily camping fee, or the fee will be charged to the resident guest.
DAILY CAMPING FEE: this fee is charged starting at 12:00 noon on the day of departure. After this hour, the person will pay the daily camping fee.
PROHIBITED: no pets allowed., Management reserves the right to accept small dogs, if mentioned when making reservations, provided they have been vaccinated and are muzzled and on a leash. Guests with dogs will be charged an additional € 30,00 to disinfect the apartment.
CAMPING FORMULA RESERVATIONS: reservations are not accepted because there are no camping spaces. Just call the phone numbers mentioned above a few days prior to departure to book the camp according to availability.
RESORT FORMULA RESERVATIONS: the reservation is valid only if accompanied by an advance deposit amounting to 30% of the total amount, to be paid by money order made out to: Mangano Andrea, via s.s. 18 n°33,88040 marina di NoceraTerinese (cz). The remaining balance must be paid on arrival.

SPECIAL OFFERS- RESIDENCE:
June: 15 days, from June 4 to June 18: a 5% discount on the second week from June 11 to June 18; 21 days, from June 5 to June 26: a 7% discount on the third week from June 18 to June 25. Discounts cannot be accumulated.
July: 15 days, from July 2 to July 16: 5% discount on the week from July 9 to July 16; 21 days, from July 2 to July 23: a 7% discount on the week from July 16 to July 23. Discounts cannot be accumulated.
August: a 3% discount on the week from July 30 to August 6, if combined to the previous or following week. A 5% discount on the week from August 20 to August 27, if combined with the previous or following week.

SPECIAL OFFERS – CAMPING: A 5% discount if you stay for 20 days. A 10% discount if you stay for 30 days. Discounts are valid only if payment is made in advance in all periods.
